Commissioner Heisey has served on the Minnehaha County Commission since January 2025. A longtime resident of Minnehaha County, he graduated from O’Gorman High School, followed by the University of South Dakota. He currently works as an insurance agent.
Commissioner Heisey is actively involved in his church, has served on various political boards, and is deeply committed to serving the county's residents.
